Just show up!!! Membership is free, no signup. Doesn't matter if you've planned for weeks or heard about us two minutes ago — be there at 6:30 and you're in.

We head out at 6:30 PM. Roll in any time from 6:00 — pace groups gather up front. We wait until 6:30 sharp to start.

Full route drops closer to each run. Every run starts and ends at The Fieldhouse in Lincoln Park.

At 6:30 PM we break off into pace groups, starting at 8 min/mi through 12 min/mi. Runners of all abilities — pace groups aren't strict, just a way to find people to run with.

Yesssss. Coming alone is one of the best ways to meet people in Chicago. Bring 5 friends, bring zero — either way, we want you there.

No!!! Everyone's welcome. Come meet people, get out of the house on a weekday, and most importantly… RUN!

Be mindful of other runners and walkers on the path! Run two-by-two, stay out of bike lanes, and pass single file. And keep an eye on which side you're running on.

Chicago weather is unpredictable. We run rain or shine, but if there's lightning, heat advisory, or sub-zero in the forecast, check our IG stories that day for any cancellations.
